Cushman & Wakefield is strengthening its commitment to the logistics and industrial sector and creating a new leadership position for this purpose: Maximilian Wüstefeld will take on the role of Head of Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets Germany on 1 August 2026. Based at the German headquarters in Frankfurt, he will be responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of the business area as an International Partner and will report directly to Simon Jeschioro, Head of Capital Markets & Investment Advisory Germany.
Wüstefeld joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where he most recently served as Director Industrial & Logistics Investment. In this role, he advised institutional investors on large-volume transactions in the German logistics and industrial segment. Prior to that, he was Investment Manager at La Française Real Estate Managers from 2019 to 2022. He also brings six years of experience in valuation, which he gained at JLL from 2013 to 2019.
