Rocky Glossner appointed Chairman of Office Capital Markets Germany and Head of Office Capital Markets Munich
Cushman & Wakefield is continuing the growth trajectory of its Capital Markets platform in Germany with three senior appointments to its Munich office. Rocky Glossner and Dominik Meyer are joining the Office Capital Markets team, whilst Tim Grözinger will strengthen the Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets division. The three proven industry experts will move from PTXRE to Cushman & Wakefield on 1 July 2026.

Glossner and Meyer join Office Capital Markets in Munich
Rocky Glossner joins Cushman & Wakefield as International Partner and Chairman of Office Capital Markets Germany. In this newly created role, he reports to Daniel Sander, Head of Office Capital Markets Germany, and works closely with him to expand the Office Capital Markets team, further strengthen the firm’s office platform in Germany and advise key clients. In addition, Rocky Glossner takes on the role of Head of Office Capital Markets Munich.
Dominik Meyer will also strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s Office platform as Director of Office Capital Markets Munich. He has extensive experience in the Munich office investment market and will help to further expand Cushman & Wakefield’s regional client base and transaction activities.

Tim Grözinger supports Maximilian Wüstefeld from Munich
At the same time, the company is expanding its Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets business with Tim Grözinger as Director of Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets in Munich. He reports to Maximilian Wüstefeld, Head of Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets Germany, who joins Cushman & Wakefield on 1 August 2026. With his extensive expertise in the logistics and industrial sector, Tim Grözinger strengthens the team’s regional presence.
