Cushman & Wakefield has successfully managed the sale of a residential complex in the Kirchheim district of Heidelberg on behalf of an institutional property company. The buyer of the property is the Koehler Group.
Built in 1989, the property comprises 44 residential units and has a total floor area of approximately 3,400 m². The complex is located in the southern district of Kirchheim and is leased to the City of Heidelberg until mid-2034.Cushman & Wakefield managed the sales process as part of a structured bidding process and provided comprehensive advice to the seller.
