Patrick Decker joined Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office in 2019 as an Associate specializing in tenant representation. As Patrick has gained experience, he has been promoted multiple times to the level of Director where he continues to service existing clientele and foster new relationships. Some of his more notable clients include but are not limited to IVERIC bio, CorePharma, Quiet Logistics, and Ameriprise.

As a member of an elite leasing team, Patrick focuses on business development for both local and national accounts.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick was employed by PitchBook Data, a private equity research provider. While there, he specialized in business development with clients ranging from investment banks to private equity groups and law firms.

Patrick graduated from Gettysburg College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team.
