Patrick joined Cushman & Wakefield at the end of 2022. He is based in the firm’s East Rutherford, New Jersey office and focuses on business development and tenant representation for multi-market tenants.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick spent 3 years with Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management in investment sales. There he assisted his clients with the sale and purchasing of multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties. His most notable transaction was the sale of a 28-unit apartment building in Hackensack where he represented both the buyer and the seller through the process.

Assignments

As point person for Onyx Equities on 4 and 6 Campus Patrick has negotiated 96,545 RSF of transactions over 24 months with Tenants such as Summit financial, Dewberry Engineering and Einhorn Barbarito.

Patrick is a member of the leasing team for 61S Paramus Road owned by Crown Acquisitions and 30 Montgomery Steet for Lamar Companies in Jersey City.

Recently Patrick represented GoBind Graphics negotiating their 60,170 RSF industrial lease. Other recent Tenant representation assignments include Atlantic Track and Broad USA for their office renegotiations.

Awards & Recognition

Before his career in real estate Patrick was a professional baseball player, drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 3rd Round of the 2010 MLB Draft. He made his major league debut with the Twins in 2016. He then went on to play for the Kia Tigers in South Korea as well as in the Colorado Rockies organization.

Education

Patrick is a graduate of Boston College.
