About

Erin Rinehart joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024 as a Project Manager. Erin brings over Fifteen (15) years of metro Detroit-based project delivery experience, including base building construction and renovation, tenant improvements, pre-construction consulting, move management and facility management. She is responsible for providing project management services on all assigned projects and coordinating the delivery of services with the Client and other project partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of the project process, including project budgeting and financial management, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Erin was a Transformation Project Manager and an Install Project Manager with Guardian Alarm. As a Transformation manager, she was responsible for managing initiatives at the enterprise level and during her role as install manager she managed large commercial alarm system projects throughout Michigan. Prior to Joining Guardian Alarm in 2020, Erin was a construction project manager at Beaumont Health where she oversaw multiple construction projects concurrently ranging from small scale to multimillion-dollar projects. Her primary responsibilities included managing construction service activities to ensure compliance with plans through completion and tenant occupancy.
