Two retail spaces available in the Treasury Building. Space 1 is 2,863 SF and has frontage on both South Salina Street and on Washington Street. Space 2 is 2,870 SF and fronts on Washington Street. Both spaces have large windows all along the frontage. The 2,870 SF space is currently built out into offices. This is the building that houses the Palladian at the Treasury which is a gorgeous event center. The upper floors of the Treasury has 119 luxury studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. These available street-level spaces are in the heart of Downtown Syracuse, close to Armory Square and near many trendy local retail establishments. On the South Warren Street side of the building there is a 9,500 SF space with frontage on three streets. This 9,500 SF space will be available for occupancy in June 2026.
