About

William is a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Triad office, specializing in Office and Industrial Brokerage and Advisory Services for Corporate and Institutional clients. 

William graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduation, he worked as an investment banking analyst in SG Cowen’s High Yield Bond and Leveraged Finance Group in New York City. After moving home to North Carolina, William traveled the world as an Executive Vice President for Perry Manufacturing, a global apparel company with over 5,000 employees in the United States, Central America, Asia and Africa. In 2008, William joined Triad Commercial where he helped spearhead the formation of the firm’s multi-market tenant representation business.
