William serves as a Partner and Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield's exclusive Alliance member in Alabama. He specializes in leasing, landlord representation, brokerage and advisory services across multiple property types, with a primary focus on the office sector. 

During his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, William has worked across the office, industrial, medical and retail sectors, bringing a broad understanding of the market and a diversified perspective to his clients. His transaction experience spans multiple markets throughout Alabama and the Southeast.

William holds a double major from the University of Mississippi, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Managerial Finance and Real Estate. He is a past president and active member of the Alabama Chapter of CREDA (formerly NAIOP) and an active member of The Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham, a civic organization supporting children's medical needs in Alabama. William is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi and is currently pursuing a designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In 2021, he was named to the Birmingham Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40.
