About

Trey Carswell is an industrial real estate specialist focused on representing institutional investors and landlords in their industrial leasing efforts throughout Tampa Bay. With partner Lisa Ross, he is responsible for overseeing leasing for many of Tampa Bay’s premier industrial warehouses, distribution centers and logistics parks. He also assists tenants, buyers and sellers in their industrial real estate pursuits.

As a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Team, Trey brings extensive market knowledge and diverse expertise to his role. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in January 2020, he served as a principal with Avison Young, which acquired his former company, Lane Witherspoon and Carswell Commercial Real Estate Advisors, in 2013. Trey’s experience also includes roles as director of industrial services with Trammell Crow Company and as associate director of industrial services for GVA Advantis.

Throughout his career in industrial real estate, he has worked with such notable names as Clarion Partners, GLP, EastGroup Properties, Walton Street Capital, UBS, Meridian Development Group, Cabot Properties, Nestle Waters and World Electric Supply.
