Coskren joined Cushman and Wakefield in October 2025 as Vice Chair in the Industrial Brokerage Group and member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), specializing in the industrial asset class throughout Greater Boston and New England. Mr. Coskren brings over 18 years of real estate experience in the industrial sector where he has executed in excess of 120 million square feet of transactions. Mr. Coskren specializes in institutional investment sales, corporate dispositions and leasing in the warehouse, manufacturing, food/beverage, last mile and e-commerce industries.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tony spent 7 years at Newmark as an Executive Managing Director based in firm’s Boston office and 11 years at JLL building out the firm’s industrial platform in the North East. He has been recognized as a top producer both locally and nationally within both firms throughout his tenure.

Coskren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of The Holy Cross.
