Tim J. Summers joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern Virginia office in 2007 and co-leads the Northern Virginia agency team with over 24 million square feet in their portfolio. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tim worked at Trammell Crow Co. Tim has 30 years of experience specializing in the representation of landlords primarily in Northern Virginia. His clients include Beacon Capital Partners, Lasalle Investment Management, Tritower, Rockhill, Union Investments and Real Estate .
