About
Thomas Farrelly joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1986 as a broker and soon after established the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office, expanding the company’s presence throughout New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Maine. As Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire, Inc., he leads the brokerage team with deep expertise in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties.
Over his distinguished career, Mr. Farrelly has completed more than 29 million square feet of transactions, with assignments ranging from 500 square feet to 760,000 square feet. He has advised numerous corporations and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of headquarters facilities, field offices, manufacturing locations, and significant investment properties. His extensive market knowledge, strategic approach, and long-standing client relationships have made him a trusted leader in the region’s commercial real estate industry.
