Sydney Itkin is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Rosemont office, where she specializes in new business development while also supporting the firm’s existing client base. Sydney’s expertise includes both tenant and landlord representation specifically in the Kane and DuPage County corridor, with a strong focus on negotiating and structuring commercial leases. She works with a wide range of clients — from established businesses to startups — and provides strategic, well-rounded guidance throughout the leasing process.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Sydney earned her degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Supply Chain from Bradley University.
