About

Steven Pesapane is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield where he is responsible for new business development and providing brokerage services on the Inner Suburban and Life Science Brokerage team. 

Steven brings energy and passion to the workplace every single day and concentrates on tenant representation in the lease of office and lab space, and agency leasing on behalf of owners. 

In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Steven volunteers for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts, First Literacy and is a runner for the Alzheimer’s Association.
