Steven specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area. Assisting early-stage startups with their initial search for facilities, publicly traded companies expand their footprint globally, and helping investors find and position properties for lease or sale. Steven focuses on Life Science and Office/R&D transactions, off-market sale opportunities, market analysis, data-driven mark-to-market opinion of value and comprehensive portfolio planning for his clients. A client-centric strategy with emphasis on attention to detail and long-term relationships is a top priority. 

Since 2021 he has closed over $1 billion in transactions encompassing millions of square feet in our local market. 

Steven is part of a team that is recognized as a consistent Cushman & Wakefield Top Producer and was recognized by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers as Rookie of the Year in 2022.
