Seth Cole serves as a Senior Associate Broker for the Chicago Industrial Team. Focused on industrial real estate properties, he specializes in customer acquisition and business development. He focuses daily on connecting with corporate owners and users looking to buy, sell, or lease industrial properties, providing in-depth knowledge of the Chicagoland Suburban Market including DuPage County, Kane County, and the Southern Fox Valley Submarket. To date, Seth has completed over 50 transactions totaling nearly 4 million SF and over $350 million in value. Additionally, he has recently taken on the role of Transaction Manager for the RR Donnelley account, where he manages the day-to-day lease management of the portfolio, which includes both industrial and office locations, a total of about 150 properties nationwide.
