Palmer Clark is a Senior Associate with Cushman and Wakefield’s Logistics and Industrial Services platform, specializing in advising industrial occupiers on real estate strategy, integrated site selection, and complex lease and land transactions across metro Atlanta and markets throughout North America.

He partners with clients to align their real estate footprint with operational, labor, and infrastructure considerations, supporting portfolio planning, expansions, relocations, and long term facility strategies. Palmer brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to each assignment, helping clients evaluate options and execute solutions that support growth and supply chain performance.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and remains actively engaged in industry organizations and professional networks supporting the industrial and logistics sector.
