Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michaela served as an Associate on the Retail Real Estate team at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of 480 standalone stores across eight distinct brands within North America. Michaela is also a proud alumna of Lehigh University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship and an emphasis in Real Estate from the College of Business.
