Michael King is Senior Director of Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield and co-leads Utah’s top-producing investment sales team alongside his partners Kip Paul and JT Redd, covering all asset types. Michael has executed more than $1.6 billion in closed transactions across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and development land.

Michael’s background includes leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Utah Research Department, managing brokerage operations, and property management. He is widely recognized for his strength in asset positioning and disposition strategy, complex financial analysis, and the ability to problem-solve Utah’s most challenging transactions.
