Michael F. DeCheser is Senior Managing Director in the New York Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he specializes in investment sales in Manhattan’s East Village, Lower East Side, and Chinatown East.

The Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group is a dynamic synergy of broker-specialists covering every neighborhood in Manhattan with seller representation for maximum results. Investment Sales includes income generating buildings, development sites, conversion/repurposed properties, retail and office condominiums, and transferable development rights.

Mr. DeCheser began his career at Massey Knakal Realty Services over 20 years ago and has handled the sale of over 250 buildings for an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion. Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal in 2014.

Mr. DeCheser’s clients are regularly impressed with his in depth knowledge of the local market, value drivers, construction, and other CRE related issues. Most importantly they are pleased with the top-dollar results that he brings to the table when representing their interests.
