Megan Williams is a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Bethesda, Maryland office. Focused on servicing Cushman & Wakefield’s investor and occupier clients, Megan is a Maryland native with approximately 12 years of experience specializing in the Suburban Maryland market. Over the last five years, Megan and her team have been involved in nearly 6,500,000 SF of lease and sale transactions valued at over $1 Billion Dollars.

Megan graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, and a minor in Economics, where she also served on the Women’s Lacrosse team as President, Captain, and Treasurer.
