McCaleb Nesseler-Cass is an Associate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tenant representation. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a background in finance, he developed his passion for commercial real estate through active involvement in real estate organizations during at school. He also gained valuable industry experience as a Cushman & Wakefield intern prior to joining the firm full-time in September 2024.

Since starting his brokerage career, he has been working under the mentorship of two of the market’s leading tenant representation specialists. Focused on supporting clients throughout the Puget Sound region — with a particular emphasis on the Eastside and Seattle submarkets — McCaleb is known for his thorough, detail-oriented approach and his commitment to building strong, lasting client relationships.
