While serving a client list which includes both emerging and established corporate entities, he has been responsible for the development and execution of real estate strategies which align with and support the business goals of the corporate enterprise. Throughout his career, adherence to a fundamental strategy, combining proactive analysis with aggressive marketplace execution has resulted in yielding millions of dollars in savings for his clients.

The business cycles, which result from the dynamic nature of Silicon Valley, can place great strain on a company’s ability to efficiently align space demand with supply. As a result, Mark has lead companies through a diverse and complex set of real estate options including analysis and execution of facility lease acquisitions and dispositions, facility purchases and sales, synthetic leases, build-to-suit projects, lease renewals, lease restructuring and lease terminations.
