Lynda Gallagher, MAI is an Executive Managing Director and the US Practice Lead – Data Centers for Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory services. Ms. Gallagher has lead the specialty valuation practice since 2023, and during her tenure has grown the practice into a nationally recognized valuation provider of this niche asset class. As the US Practice Lead, Ms. Gallagher is responsible for the valuation and advisory services for all data center and infrastructure related assets across the nation as well as providing valuation services and support for our international offices. The practice has recently been involved in several of the largest AI-focused data center developments in the county, and the largest data center backed CMBS loan in 2025. The valuation practice includes data center land, powered shell, hyperscale data centers, colocation data centers, carrier hotels, landing stations, and brown and greenfield developments.

In addition, since 2016, Ms. Gallagher has lead the Washington, DC institutional office valuation group. This includes the valuation of the most iconic and significant office and mixed-use assets in the Nation’s Capitol. She is a senior member of the Institutional Practice Group.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Gallagher served as the Senior Managing Director and Regional Manager for the Mid- Atlantic region (Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia). Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in May 2016, she was a Director at National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, and managed the top valuation team within the company, which specialized in institutional and complex real estate assets. Previous work experience includes Executive Managing Director at Landauer Valuation & Advisory, a division of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where she was responsible for portfolio management, quality control, due diligence, and appraisal services, as well as served as the Senior Manager of the Midwest Region. Immediately preceding her tenure at Landauer, she worked at CBRE for over a decade in Washington, DC and Chicago, Illinois, and co-founded and served as co-director of their Retail Valuation Group.
