Luca Bonvicini has recently joined Cushman & Wakefield and is a part of The Yahn team in Orange County, California. Prior to joining C&W, Luca worked at a private equity firm, Frandsen Corporation, which owns and operates several manufacturing and distribution companies. Over his four year tenure with the firm, Luca quickly rose into an executive leadership position where he oversaw the supply chain department of one of the subsidiary companies, Plastech Corporation – a large injection molding operation in Rush City, Minnesota. There, he oversaw procurement, production planning, ERP system management, and inventory control, while optimizing operations, evaluating capital expenditures, and driving efficiency initiatives. His background in high-level management and strategic analysis, combined with a deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations, provides invaluable insight into the challenges industrial real estate occupiers face and equips him to help clients navigate and achieve their real estate goals.
