Lincoln Cioffi is an Associate in the New York Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in investment sales throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Working alongside Executive Director Daniel Abbondandolo, Lincoln brings a strong foundation in investment analysis and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lincoln served as a financial analyst at Marcus & Millichap, where he underwrote more than $2 billion in hospitality assets nationwide and contributed to over $430 million in closed transactions. His experience also includes roles with Colliers International, Greysteel, and Concord Summit Capital, where he gained exposure to tenant representation, multifamily valuation, and debt and equity financing.

Lincoln takes an analytical, client-focused approach to every assignment, leveraging Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform to connect sellers with highly qualified buyers across multiple asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality.
