Kristen McDade is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield.  She brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to providing the highest level of service in all aspects of commercial real estate.  McDade and her team take a hands-on approach to marketing properties and handling transactions from the moment of initial inquiry to the close of sale.  This includes both the disposition and acquisitions sides of the transaction, from initial evaluation of the property, understanding the market, pricing, and timing.  As a general land broker, McDade and her team work on all types of land from raw land to redevelopment tracts and covered land plays.  McDade has worked closely with Fortune 100 companies as well and individual one-time landowners, and everything in between.   

A Houston native, and licensed since 1999, Kristen’s commercial real estate experience began at a boutique Land Brokerage firm, McDade Smith Gould Johnston Mason+Co for her first decade in the business, learning alongside legendary land brokers.  During this time McDade took a short-term contracted position at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County as the AVP of Real Estate managing a team of up to 20 Right-of-Way specialists in acquiring 900+ ROW tracts for the 5 light rail lines in Houston.  Shortly after, McDade and her team moved to CBRE as a top producing land brokerage team. McDade joined Berkadia in 2-16 where she started up and lead the Land Services specialty group until 2021, when she and her longtime brokerage partner Matt Davis joined Cushman & Wakefield.
