About

Kris Smeltzer joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002 specializing in industrial property sales, tenant representation, leasing and new development. Kris uses his in-depth knowledge of the industrial market to help navigate his clients throughout the transaction process, saving them time and money. Kris applies his outstanding work ethic and dedication into every deal he works on. Since 2006, he has consistently received the company’s prestigious Offshore Club award in recognition of his outstanding performance during the year.

Kris is a native of Menomonie Wisconsin. He attended and played football for St. Cloud State from 1996-2000. Kris currently resides in Prior Lake, Minnesota, with his wife Emily and two daughters, Allison and Katelyn.
