About
Kevin Partington serves as the Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento/Central Valley Region office, where he leads one of the region’s most successful brokerage teams. Specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation, Kevin provides strategic advisory services for the acquisition and disposition of both leased and owned commercial properties. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kevin is known for his deep industry knowledge, strategic approach, and commitment to building long-term client relationships. He takes great pride in the trust his clients place in him to deliver thoughtful, results-driven guidance.
Kevin began his real estate career in 1994 at Colliers International. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the other members of the Capitol Region Office Specialists team. Since then, he has completed more than 1400 transactions totaling over ±35.2 million square feet. He has consistently ranked among the top producers in Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento office for the past 14 years, and in 2019, was recognized as the top office producer in the Sacramento region. Over the course of his career, Kevin has played a leading role in many of the area's most significant lease and sale transactions, representing some of the region’s most prominent owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golfing and spending time in Lake Tahoe. He lives in Sacramento with his wife and their two children.
