Kate Myers is an Associate Broker in Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office, where she specializes in leasing and tenant representation across the Silicon Valley market. Kate earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, where she graduated with honors and developed a strong foundation in market analysis, economic strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Her academic background, paired with a deep-rooted knowledge of the Bay Area, allows her to provide thoughtful insights and tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.
