About
Justin C. Giordani joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in May of 2001. Since joining the division, Mr. Giordani has worked on various assignments including vacant land, office buildings, mixed-use properties, existing and proposed residential properties, subdivisions, warehouse and other investment properties.
His primary concentration is centered on existing and proposed residential and mixed-use properties throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Mr. Giordani’s multifamily experience includes work on a wide array of market rate, rent control and rent stabilized, Section 8, Mitchell Lama, and 80/20 buildings. These assignments include the analysis and valuation of tax-exempt bond financing, low-income housing tax credits, inclusionary housing certificates, and the valuation of various tax abatements and exemption programs including 421a, 421g, ICIP, J-51, etc.
