About
Justin Bailey joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Salt Lake City Division of Office Properties in 2010. He provides exclusive representation to tenants renewing, expanding & relocating office leases, and to occupiers and investors pursuing the acquisition of commercial real estate. 
As a second-generation commercial real estate advisor & tenant representative, clients trust Justin’s expertise & insight when aligning their business goals with their commercial real estate needs. He guides clients in identifying and selecting ideal locations for talent recruiting and retention while leveraging their current tenancy when renewing client leases to maximize landlord concessions. His focus and specialization include a data-driven approach to deal analysis and due diligence, utilizing C&W’s global resources and specialty practice groups and his commitment to only accepting work that is within his bandwidth to provide best-in-class service to his clients.
