Joey Trinkle is a Director in Industrial brokerage Sales and Leasing, specializing in both Tenant and Landlord representation in Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver, CO office. With a strong focus on occupier representation, sourcing land for development opportunities and agency leasing for institutional-grade landlords Joey has a breadth of experience that allows him to provide his clients with great value. With his experience he has deep understanding for all sides of a transaction and is able to assist clients in navigating through complex situations. His experience aids him in helping maximize value and provide the best possible outcome for clients.

Joey also competed on a scholarship as a Division II athlete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, as Colorado Christian University’s starting Power Forward. Through his experience on and off the court, he has been trained to have a unique mental focus, attention to detail, and drive to go the extra mile. Joey’s competitive edge and drive to win is apparent after helping CCU win their first national title for the National Christian College Athletic Associate in 2015.
