About

Jonathan currently leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Office Tenant Representation Group.  The Chicago office holds a market-leading position for assisting clients with large, complex transactions including new leases, renewals, restructurings, and subleases.  In this role, Jonathan is responsible for the overall strategic direction, business development, training, recruiting and growth of the Office Tenant Representation service line.  The team currently consists of more than 50 brokers, with C & W ranking among Chicago’s largest brokerage firms. 

Jonathan has negotiated more than 8 million square feet of office, lab and industrial leases for clients across a wide range of industries, from life science startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Jonathan specializes in the development of strategic plans that align clients’ real estate portfolios with their organizational objectives and financial goals. As one the most active life science brokers in Chicago, Jonathan has developed a unique expertise in the local R&D/ science market, and also manages transactions nationally for many life science companies. By consistently applying a consultative advisory approach, Jonathan has become a trusted advisor for his clients - helping them to anticipate and navigate through their most important real estate decisions.
