John Winnek specializes in office tenant representation (including lease negotiations, renewals, and restructurings), corporate services, property and land acquisitions and dispositions (including subleases), G.S.A. / Government Services leasing and consulting services. He has extensive experience with corporate accounts and has completed over 8.5 million square feet of lease transactions. He is a member of the firm’s Legal Sector Advisory Group and its Government / Foreign Missions Specialty Group.

John has extensive experience with mission based and not-for-profit organizations. He has represented private foundations, legal advocacy organizations, and entities providing a variety of public services, with respect to their office leases.
