With 41 years of real estate experience and well over a billion dollars in transactions, Jay has a diverse background in Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, Investment Sales, and Corporate Advisory Services. Jay’s experience includes representation of some of the largest and most prestigious corporations in the country. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, Jay was a Principal of Trammell Crow Company focusing on coordination and delivery of services to institutional landlords and corporate clients.
