Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000 to specialize in Industrial Real Estate in the Twin Cities market. The focus of Jason’s business has grown to provide comprehensive real estate services to companies and investors, not only local to Minnesota, but also in the Midwest region of the United States.  These services include: tenant and landlord representation, land/building acquisition or disposition, new development and investment analysis. Jason is part of an Industrial Team, which has established itself as the top industrial sales and leasing team in the market. This team was part of the largest owner occupant industrial sale in Twin Cities history. They have also won the MNCAR Industrial Deal of the Year twice.
