About

Jake joins accomplished brokers; Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer, Kris Smeltzer, Brent Masica, Hudson Brothen and Danny McNamara as the newest member of the Minnesota Industrial Team. Jake takes advantage of utilizing his team's expertise while quickly becoming an expert in the southeast and southwest metro. 

He utilizes his resilient drive, problem solving skills, and his ability to communicate effectively while aiding clients with their needs. The majority of his time is focused on mapping and procuring buyers, tenants, and new leads through cold-calling and emailing. 

Born in Chicago Illinois, Jake graduated from the University of St. Thomas where he was a high jump conference champion, All-American and the captain of his track and field team. In addition, Jake enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking.
