Jacob has spent almost a decade in the multifamily investment sales space, specifically the greater Puget Sound Region. Client profiles represented include family offices, high net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, local syndicators, and full time professional real estate operators. Jacob’s success has been in the private capital space which he enjoys due to the diverse walks of life encountered within the wide variety of client types. Locations covered include King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, with the most frequent transactions being in Seattle proper.

Jacob decided to join Cushman & Wakefield not just because of the great people, but a unique advantage he sees within C&W’s national multi-family platform. Being a life-long Washingtonian and having resided in multiple counties, Jacob has an intimate knowledge of the unique neighborhoods, cultures and economies that make up our greater Puget Sound Ecosystem. Jacob is an alumnus of the University of Washington and is constantly striving to further his education, specifically regarding commercial real estate. As an avid guitar player, Jacob spends most of his time with music in the background. He enjoys spending time with family and caring for his bird dog, Spot.
