Ivan O. Garcia is an industrial real estate advisor with more than 24 years of experience helping investors, developers, manufacturers, logistics companies, and business owners achieve their commercial real estate objectives. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial properties throughout Arizona.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ivan had a successful career in commercial banking, where he structured and financed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions. His extensive background in commercial lending, capital markets, and investment analysis gives clients a distinct advantage by combining financial expertise with strategic real estate advisory.

Ivan represents industrial users, institutional investors, developers, family offices, and private owners in transactions involving manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), contractor yards, logistics properties, and industrial land. He is experienced in owner-user acquisitions, investment sales, tenant representation, site selection, build-to-suit projects, and land development.

A bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Ivan has developed a strong network throughout Arizona’s commercial real estate, development, and financial communities. He also works with domestic and international investors, helping clients capitalize on opportunities created by Arizona’s continued industrial growth and the expansion of U.S.–Mexico trade and manufacturing.
