About

Holmes, an Austin native, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 and primarily focuses on partnering with landlords in office leasing. He implements a client-centered approach to develop, plan, and execute real estate solutions, with his highest priority being long-term relationships with his clients. 

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Holmes worked at Atlassian, Amazon, and Dell Technologies in various sales and consulting roles. His resilient mindset, intelligence, and background with some of the world’s largest technology companies give him a unique edge in serving his clients. 

He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics.
