Holden Brayboy joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2026 as a Director in the Carolinas. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, with a focus on landlord representation spanning both traditional office and medical office leasing. Holden is extremely analytical and research-driven, which has helped him drive value and deliver growth for his clients throughout his commercial real estate career.
Holden began his career in Washington, D.C., as a Senior Research Associate with CoStar Group, where he spent more than three and a half years before joining CBRE's Mid-Atlantic team as a Senior Analyst. He then relocated to Charlotte to serve as Research Manager for the Carolinas, later transitioning into brokerage as a Senior Brokerage Associate at JLL for two years. In August 2023, he joined Stream Realty Partners before ultimately joining Cushman & Wakefield.
