Known for her strong design sensibility and attention to detail, she leads all aspects of marketing, from initial concept through execution, delivering polished, best-in-class materials.

Throughout her career, Heidi has created custom designs that capture the unique story of each project and client, including branding, offering memorandums, presentations, digital campaigns, press releases, and social media communications. She also plays a key role in business development, crafting tailored pitches and presentations designed to win new assignments and align with each client’s specific goals.

Heidi works closely with brokerage, marketing and financial teams to produce thoughtful, data-driven deliverables that highlight asset performance, market positioning, and investment potential.

With a collaborative team approach and a focus on quality, Heidi consistently delivers impactful marketing that supports both her team, colleagues and clients. Heidi began her career in commercial real estate in 2001, working in Central California and Michigan before relocating to South Florida, where she joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015.
