Greg Herman is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s NYC Midtown Manhattan office. He specializes in Tenant Advocacy, concentrating his practice on the financial, legal, and technology/media  industries. Greg is also a key member in Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Practice Group representing both hyperscaler tenants and landlords.

Mr. Herman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 as an Associate in the Tenant Advisory Group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked at JPMorgan Chase in the Analyst Development Program. While working at JPMorgan, he worked in the Private Equity Real Estate Services group, providing financial service to multiple REITs and Private Equity firms.
