Garrett has over 25 years of experience in real estate including managing real estate portfolios for multi-billion dollar financial institutions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Garrett was a Principal at Signature Associates where he was a top producer for several years.  His multifaceted qualifications enable him to successfully represent his clients in their real estate needs.
