Evan specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation for office leasing/sales in the Greater Columbus area. Prior to joining the Columbus office, Evan was a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Detroit office for 4 years where he focused his business in Ann Arbor and the I-275 corridor. He has an extensive analytical background, allowing him to help his clients problem solve and strategize. He has experience working on a variety of projects for both internal and external customers. He gets results by being efficient, proactive, and persistent. He strives on providing the best service possible to clients and being a trusted business partner.

Evan graduated from The Ohio State University, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career in corporate finance at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 25 company. At Cardinal Health, he held leadership positions and managed accounting for multimillion dollar accounts.
