Evan specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation for office leasing/sales in the Greater Columbus area. Prior to joining the Columbus office, Evan was a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Detroit office for 4 years where he focused his business in Ann Arbor and the I-275 corridor. He has an extensive analytical background allowing him to help his clients problem solve and strategize. He has experience working on a variety of projects for both internal and external customers, and gains results from his efficiency, proactiveness, and persistence. He strives to provide the best service possible to his clients and is a trusted business partner.

Evan graduated from The Ohio State University, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career in corporate finance at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 25 company. At Cardinal Health, he held leadership positions and managed accounting for multimillion dollar accounts.
