Erika Eckblad joined the Cushman & Wakefield Healthcare Advisory Practice Group and the Arizona Healthcare Real estate team in 2021. Ms. Eckblad provides agency representation for publicly traded companies such as Healthpeak Properties Inc. (DOC:NYSE) and Healthcare Realty Trust (HR) portfolio in Arizona. Additionally, exclusive agency leasing for Irgens Partners PHX and The Boldt Company PHX. In the past 2 years, Erika helped facilitate 100+ healthcare transactions and was named 2023 NAIOP Arizona Healthcare Broker team of the year and 2023 Broker of the Year for Physicians Realty Trust. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Erika has 6+ years of commercial property management background, managing over 5,000,000 sf of Class A developments for Institutional and Private clients. Erika graduated in 2015 from Concordia University - Ann Arbor where she majored in Business Administration and was a 4 year member of the Women’s Soccer Program.
