Elliott Barzilli is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas office, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. His responsibilities include serving the needs of private capital investors, with a focus on business development and the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across North Texas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2026, Elliott spent nearly eight years at Marcus & Millichap, where he closed multifamily transactions across Texas and the Midwest. A Los Angeles native with familial ties to the real estate industry, Elliott earned a BS in Economics from Texas Christian University, where he also played baseball for the Horned Frogs.
