David Nicholson is a Director specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial property in the Sacramento area. He represents Landlords and Tenants focusing on Industrial product in the Greater Sacramento Area. David dedicates his time and superior attention to detail assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs and guiding them through challenges resulting in hundreds of successful sale and lease transactions. After his 3rd year at Cal, he was drafted in the 9th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers and spent four years in the minor leagues reaching as high as the Double-A level. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, David was previously employed by Cornish & Carey Commercial.
